On March 11th, at 2:30 PM, the Council Room (Sala dos Conselhos) of the University of Beira Interior (FAL) will host the second session of the Conference Cycle "Thinking War in the 21st Century".

This session will feature Professor António Horta Fernandes (FCSH-UNL), who will deliver a presentation titled "The Juridification of War: A Troubling Fallacy".
